Location: UAE Joining Date: Flexible – Immediate or April 2025 preferred Role Overview: Support the Principal in academic planning, staff supervision, and school administration to maintain high academic standards and a safe school environment. Responsibilities: Oversee curriculum implementation and teacher mentoring. Monitor student discipline, attendance, and overall wellbeing. Coordinate inspections, academic audits, and CBSE compliance. Develop and monitor school improvement plans. Requirements: Postgraduate Degree with B.Ed. (Mandatory). 3–5 years’ experience in a leadership role (HOD/Coordinator/Vice Principal) in CBSE school. Strong leadership, administrative, and interpersonal skills. Familiar with UAE school inspection frameworks.
