Location: UAE Start Date: Immediate or August 2025 Job Summary: The Vice Principal supports the Principal in overseeing day-to-day academic and operational activities. This role focuses on teacher development, academic monitoring, student discipline, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Principal in implementing strategic goals and school-wide initiatives. Monitor teaching effectiveness, learning outcomes, and student achievement. Handle staff mentoring, appraisals, and professional development programs. Support compliance with KHDA policies, safeguarding, and inclusive education mandates. Serve as acting Principal in their absence. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Education; Master’s in Educational Leadership or relevant field preferred. 7+ years of teaching experience; 3+ years in a leadership role. Strong understanding of American curriculum frameworks (Common Core). Familiarity with KHDA inspections and school self-evaluation processes. Demonstrated instructional leadership and team management skills.
