Location: UAE Joining Date: Flexible – Immediate or August 2025 preferred Job Summary: Lead and manage the curriculum, teaching quality, and assessment in a specific subject area (e.g., English, Mathematics, Science, Humanities, ICT) aligned with British curriculum standards. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain the subject curriculum, schemes of work, and assessments. Support and observe teachers to improve instructional quality. Monitor student progress and implement interventions. Manage subject resources and budget. Prepare students for external exams (GCSE, IGCSE, A-Level). Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Proven subject expertise and teaching experience (minimum 5 years). Experience leading a department or subject team. Familiarity with UK exam boards (AQA, Edexcel, OCR) is an advantage. Previous UAE or international British curriculum experience preferred.
