Location: UAE Joining Date: Flexible – Immediate or April 2025 preferred Role Overview: Lead the development and delivery of inclusive education strategies to support students with special educational needs and disabilities. Responsibilities: Identify and support students with learning needs, behavioral issues, or physical/emotional challenges. Develop Individual Education Plans (IEPs). Train and guide teachers and shadow teachers. Liaise with parents and external specialists. Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Special Education or equivalent qualification. 3+ years in a similar role in an inclusive CBSE or UAE school. Familiarity with UAE inclusion guidelines (ADEK/KHDA/MOE). Compassionate, organized, and collaborative professional approach.
