Location: UAE Joining Date: Flexible – Immediate or August 2025 preferred Job Summary: The Registrar / Admissions Officer is responsible for overseeing the admissions cycle, enrollment procedures, and student registration in line with KHDA/ADEK regulations, while ensuring a welcoming and efficient admissions experience for families. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full admissions process: inquiries, campus visits, assessments, offers, and enrollment. Maintain accurate and updated student records in alignment with KHDA/ADEK requirements. Lead admissions campaigns and open days in coordination with school marketing teams. Respond to prospective parent inquiries promptly and professionally. Ensure all required student documentation is submitted, verified, and uploaded correctly. Liaise with the Principal and SLT on enrollment targets and capacity planning. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Administration, or relevant field. 3–5 years of experience in a registrar/admissions role within a UAE private school. Proficient in KHDA systems (e.g., DARS, UAE PASS, ESIS) and school MIS platforms (e.g., iSAMS, Engage). Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Bilingual skills (Arabic/English) are an advantage.
