Location: UAE Joining Date: Flexible – Immediate or April 2025 preferred Role Overview: The Principal will be responsible for the strategic leadership and daily academic and operational management of the CBSE school in alignment with MOE/KHDA/ADEK regulations. Responsibilities: Provide visionary leadership in line with CBSE and UAE compliance. Supervise academic delivery, teacher performance, student outcomes, and wellbeing. Ensure alignment of the curriculum with CBSE norms and UAE national priorities. Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and governing bodies. Drive school accreditation, inspections, and improvement planning. Requirements: Master’s Degree in Education or equivalent. B.Ed. (Mandatory). Minimum 10 10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role within a CBSE school. Strong understanding of UAE regulatory frameworks and CBSE affiliations. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
