Location: UAE Joining Date: Flexible – Immediate or August 2025 preferred Job Summary: The IT Director / EdTech Coordinator oversees the school’s technology infrastructure and leads the integration of educational technologies to support 21st-century learning and digital transformation. Key Responsibilities: Manage school-wide IT systems, networks, hardware, and data security. Support digital learning initiatives, LMS platforms (e.g., Google Classroom, Seesaw), and device rollouts. Train and support staff and students in the use of educational technology tools. Lead IT budgeting, procurement, and vendor management. Ensure compliance with data protection, cybersecurity, and KHDA/ADEK digital policies. Develop and implement an EdTech vision aligned with the curriculum and school goals. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, Educational Technology, or related field. 5+ years of IT experience in a UAE school setting, including team management. Proficiency in school digital ecosystems, cloud services (Google Workspace/MS365), and cybersecurity practices. Experience integrating EdTech tools to enhance teaching and learning. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
