Location: UAE Joining Date: Flexible – Immediate or August 2025 preferred Job Summary: The Headteacher provides strategic leadership and operational management of the school, ensuring compliance with UK and KHDA standards and delivering an outstanding British curriculum education. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement the school’s vision and ethos aligned with British curriculum frameworks and UK inspection standards. Lead academic achievement, pastoral care, and staff professional development. Manage budgets, resources, and ensure compliance with KHDA/ADEK and UK regulatory bodies (e.g., Ofsted). Build strong relationships with parents, governors, and the wider community. Ensure student safeguarding, welfare, and inclusion. Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent UK teaching qualification. Master’s degree in Educational Leadership or related field preferred. Minimum 10 years teaching experience, 5+ years in senior leadership roles in British curriculum schools. Familiarity with KHDA inspection framework and British curriculum standards. Experience in a UAE or GCC school setting preferred.
