Location: UAE Joining Date: Flexible – Immediate or August 2025 preferred Job Summary: Lead curriculum implementation, assessment, and teaching quality for a specific Key Stage or phase (Primary or Secondary) in line with British curriculum standards and KHDA expectations. Key Responsibilities: Lead planning and delivery of curriculum for the designated Key Stage. Monitor student progress and data analysis for intervention strategies. Support and mentor teaching staff within the phase. Collaborate with SLT on curriculum development and resource allocation. Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Minimum 5 years teaching experience, including leadership responsibilities. Strong knowledge of British curriculum and assessment frameworks (e.g., SATs, GCSEs). Experience in UAE or international British schools preferred. isals, CPD, and performance management. Assist with policy development and school improvement planning. Lead student behavior and welfare systems. Act as Headteacher in their absence. Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. 7+ years teaching experience with 3+ years in leadership roles. Deep understanding of the British curriculum (EYFS, KS1-4). Experience with UK and KHDA inspection standards.
