Location: UAE Start Date: flexible Job Summary: The Head of Inclusion/SENCO leads the inclusive education strategy, ensuring every student—regardless of ability—has access to meaningful, high-quality learning opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Identify, support, and track students of determination and those with additional needs. Develop and implement IEPs and intervention plans in collaboration with stakeholders. Ensure compliance with UAE Federal Law 29, Dubai Inclusive Education Policy Framework, and KHDA requirements. Lead and train the inclusion support team, LSAs, and SEN teachers. Liaise with external specialists and parents to facilitate inclusive best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Education or Psychology + postgraduate qualification in Special Education. KHDA-approved SENCO/Head of Inclusion credentials or qualification. Minimum 7 years of experience in inclusion/SEN roles, 2+ in leadership. Sound knowledge of UAE inclusion policies, IEP design, and multi-tier support systems. Strong advocacy for inclusive education and experience with a diverse student population.
