Location: UAE Start Date: Immediate or August 2025 Job Summary: The Head of Assessment & Data is responsible for designing and leading the school’s assessment strategy, ensuring that data is used effectively to improve teaching, learning, and leadership decisions. Key Responsibilities: Develop a whole-school assessment framework aligned with Common Core/California standards. Oversee the administration and analysis of internal and external assessments (MAP, CAT4, DIBELS, etc.). Manage student performance data systems and dashboards. Support teachers and academic leaders in data interpretation and instructional planning. Lead school-wide initiatives on standards-based assessment and reporting. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (Education, Math, Data Science); Master’s in Assessment/Educational Leadership preferred. 7+ years in education with strong focus on data and assessment; 3+ years in leadership. Proven experience with American curriculum assessments and benchmarking. Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, or school information systems (e.g., iSAMS, EduPage). Experience preparing data for KHDA inspections, SEFs, and SIPs is a strong asset.
