Location: UAE Joining Date: Flexible – Immediate or April 2025 preferred Role Overview: Drive academic excellence across all subjects and grades by supporting curriculum planning, teacher performance, and assessment standards. Responsibilities: Lead planning and execution of CBSE-aligned academic programs. Mentor teachers and support academic coordinators. Analyze student performance data and recommend improvements. Ensure CBSE board compliance in curriculum delivery. Requirements: Postgraduate in any academic subject + B.Ed. 3+ years in academic leadership (HOD/Academic Coordinator). Familiar with CBSE board policies and UAE regulations. Strong instructional leadership and mentoring skills.
