Location: UAE Joining Date: Flexible – Immediate or August 2025 preferred Job Summary: The Deputy Headteacher supports the Headteacher in all aspects of school leadership, with particular focus on curriculum delivery, assessment, and staff management. Key Responsibilities: Oversee academic programs and ensure consistency of high-quality teaching. Coordinate teacher appraisals, CPD, and performance management. Assist with policy development and school improvement planning. Lead student behavior and welfare systems. Act as Headteacher in their absence. Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. 7+ years teaching experience with 3+ years in leadership roles. Deep understanding of the British curriculum (EYFS, KS1-4). Experience with UK and KHDA inspection standards.
