Location: UAE Start Date: Flexible Job Summary: The Academic Coordinator drives curriculum development, instructional quality, and teacher support. This role is central to maintaining academic rigor and consistency across grade levels. Key Responsibilities: Lead curriculum planning and implementation across core and specialist subjects. Ensure vertical and horizontal curriculum alignment to Common Core standards. Conduct classroom observations and provide pedagogical feedback. Organize teacher training, induction, and lesson planning support. Analyze student achievement data and lead academic interventions. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Education; Master’s in Curriculum & Instruction or relevant field preferred. Minimum 7 years of experience in teaching and academic leadership roles. Deep knowledge of American curriculum frameworks and assessment standards. Familiarity with MAP, DIBELS, and standards-based grading. Experience with teacher evaluation frameworks and instructional coaching
